2005 - NDO becomes part of the Namesco group
2004 - NDO doubles its ADSL capacity to 2x155mb pipes and launches a range of affordable dedicated and managed servers
2003 - Management buy-out of Ision Internet plc creates NDO Limited. NDO now includes the NetDirect, Ision and NDO brands. Business continues to go from strength to strength
2002 - Energis plc enters administration – Energis-Ision reverts back to trading as Ision Internet plc
2001 - Energis plc purchases the Ision group – Ision UK moves to Docklands, London – 60,000th customer joins service
2000 - NetDirect rebranded as Ision Internet plc – Ision launches its own portal and related services
1998 - 10,000th customer joins service – company bought by Distafora Holdings (Germany), who launch the NDO brand ISP
1997 - NetDirect’s expansion forces move to Greenwich, London
1995 - NetDirect Internet Ltd. formed in New Cross, London
